Hi Peter

Yes and Yes, I think so. I worked more than five years for StarOffice QA
at Sun Microsystems writing scripts for automatic testing of Calc and
Chart. And, I joined the team that defined the QA Rep. policy. The only
issue I see is that I don't know too much about Python. Do you (or
someone else) think this is a problem while coordinating QA effort for
this CWS?

Thanks a lot for your help
Regarding the python knowledge, i don't think it is a problem as we can start playing with the existing tests

If you want some extra tests, you may have a look at this

Feel free to ask if anythoing is unclear

Regarding the plateforms, linux and windows seem to be ready
MacOsX still uses the os python (it may result in some portability problems)

thanks again Peter for joining

Laurent
