why not python2.5?
Surely we can run a check on installed versions of Python? I have
2.3, 2.4 and 2.5 on my system with 2.5 being default. It usually
takes at least a year for people to move to new Python versions as
they have to wait for libraries, etc. to become available and know to
work reliably. This is especially true for Python 2.5
in fact, it seems that MacOsX uses the system python
then i think python 2.5 has not to deal with mac os
I'm not sure if I understand what you mean here but I would imagine
that the next version of Mac OS X due this spring will bump up the
Python version to at least 2.4 if not 2.5
