Please remember, when proposing mouse-based features, that it is an accessibility requirement that equivalent keyboard navigation features must be provided as well. This should be an integration requirement for OOo features.

I think a better idea (and more consistent to existing functionality) is to have a function that changes the case of all letters in a selected text, instead of travelling single letters.
