Sandbox release notes package content list

 Hi everyone,

inside SandboxDistr/annotator-package/reademe/ are these two files:
RELEASE_NOTES
RELEASE_NOTES.html
The content of the later file differs from the content of the first file,
whats the strategy to keep them in sync ?

I would like to remove in the later file in section 2. the duplicate 
components
from the package content list.

Here is what it says:
" ... contains the following annotator components:
- DictionaryAnnotator
- RegularExpressionAnnotator
- Tagger
- WhitespaceTokenizer
- DictionaryAnnotator
- RegularExpressionAnnotator
- Tagger
- WhitespaceTokenizer
- Bean Scripting Framework (BSF) BSFAnnotator
- ConceptMapper ..."
