The Cas Editor plugin uses a bunch of images which are stored in the
uimaj-ep-caseditor/icons folder.
Inside the icons folder are a few images at the top-level, and serveral
additional images inside sub-folders.
All the images which are located inside the sub folders are not copied over
into the eclipse plugin package.
To fix this issue, change the build to copy all images inside the icons folder.
We cannot release before this issue if fixed, because the Cas Editor is
seriously broken
without these images.
