The SimpleServer documentation refers to a set of jar files that are only
present in the 2.2.2-incubating binary distribution. They are not present, nor
do they get created as far as I know, in any subsequent versions, unless
there's a Maven Goal for creating them I'm unfamiliar with. In fact, as of
Maven builds, there is no lib/ folder so the instructions refer to a
nonexistant folder and nonexistant jar files.
