Hello Tommaso, as an interested bystander I am would like to know more about the IP and distribution rights.
Is it not the case that full copyright and distribution rights have to be transferred to the Apache Foundation? What is the effect of having the University of Nantes as the distribution rights holder? Doesn't the Apache License clearly state that the licensed item are freely distributable?
