Well, we missed doing a uima-sdk by end of October :-) ... I'd like to do a release by the end of November.
Next week I'll be at Apachecon, so I might not be able to get much done. I'm happy to be the release manager, if that's OK with others, and would like to try getting a release build together starting mid-November.
