Add an option to deactivate the type system mapping. If deactivated, other
strategies for the selection of the type system may be applied even if the CAS
was already opened with a valid type system before. The user should be able to
de/-activate the usage of the mapping in the preference pages of the CAS
Editor. By default, the type system mapping is of course activated.
