I assume the views are still extending AnnoationEditorView.
There is now a new CasEditorView which will re-create your view pages when the
editor input is changed, and this can optionally also be done when the view
changes.
The AnnotationEditorView remains the Cas Editor to make it backward compatible
with custom view implementations. Maybe we should deprecate this class.
