I'm closing this vote. I know we're supposed to not count the weekend towards the 3 days, but in this case I think it's OK because (1) this is just for release tooling, and (2) we have votes from most of the active committers in various timezones already.
The votes cast: +1 - Marshall Schor, Tommaso Tiofili, Edward Epstein, Burn Lewis, Jörn Kottmann 0 - none -1 - none Jörn suggested fixing the names used, from "UIMA" to "Apache UIMA", and a new Jira was entered for this, but this was not deemed important enough to stop the release. The vote passes.
