The repo should permit a Jenkins build, but currently I am having problems
building TextMarker on Jenkins. For some reason, the artifacts version ranges
are not correctly resolved. While dltk core 3.0.1 should be used, Maven tries
to use dltk 3.0.0 which isn't in the repository. I don't have that problem on
the command line.
