Hi, I'd like to run a few analysis tools like FindBugs [1] and / or other tools delivered with IDEs [2] in order to improve code quality. Generally speaking it's part of the plan of giving the addons a cleaner look (and behavior) before performing the releases. I'll post a patch for each single addon so that they can be reviewed and applied separately.
Happy new year all :-) Tommaso [1] : http://findbugs.sourceforge.net/ [2] : http://www.jetbrains.com/idea/documentation/static_code_analysis.html 2012/12/31 Marshall Schor <[email protected]> > Hi, > > I'm curious - could you say a bit more what you have in mind for the kind > of > review and changes you're looking to do under this Jira? > > -Marshall > > On 12/31/2012 9:26 AM, Tommaso Teofili (JIRA) wrote: > > Tommaso Teofili created UIMA-2548: > > ------------------------------------- > > > > Summary: Perform code review / analysis > > Key: UIMA-2548 > > URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/UIMA-2548 > > Project: UIMA > > Issue Type: Improvement > > Components: addons > > Affects Versions: 2.3.1Addons > > Reporter: Tommaso Teofili > > Fix For: 2.4.0Addons > > > > > > Perform code analysis and review in order to improve performance and > usage of correct Java constructs. > > > > -- > > This message is automatically generated by JIRA. > > If you think it was sent incorrectly, please contact your JIRA > administrators > > For more information on JIRA, see: > http://www.atlassian.com/software/jira > > > >
