The ParameterDescriptionExtractor used in the "enhance" can be confused by
inner classes. If a class has a configuration parameter and an inner class has
a configuration parameter with the same name, the ParameterDescriptionExtractor
will return the documentation of whatever parameter appears later in the source
file.
Fortunately, there is hardly a case where somebody embeds an UIMA component as
in inner class within another UIMA component.
