Presently, the result of a Terminate button (aka cancel) pressed by the user is
a message that the request has been made; the user must wait for an
Orchestrator publication cycle (plus a web page refresh interval, if in
automatic mode) to see effective results, if any.
In fact the effectiveness result of the cancel is readily available to the
webserver and can be fairly easily and immediately returned and displayed.
