Burn, your changes of yesterday ( April 19 ) under this jira seem to have
broken the CLI. This no longer works, where 2.svc is a service specifiation:
ducc_services --register 2.svc
The symptom appears that the '2.svc' is not properly recognized as an option on
--register.
