Jim, I followed the IUiOptions class which says that register takes no argument
... but I see that the DocBook says it takes an optional argument. I find this
shorthand a little inconsistent since all other uses of a spec file use the
--specification option, and all the other services calls take an arg of
service-id-or-endpoint. I'd prefer including the --specification option but I
can also put back the optional arg if it's useful, e.g.
--register <specification-file (optional)> Register a
service.
