2. psuedo class sun.tools.jconsole.JConsole.java for compilation purposes

3. ANT script jconsole.xml takes parameter thus: -Djava_home=/share/jdk1.6
4. created is: uima-ducc-web/lib/jconsole-wrapper-signed.jar
5. above signed jar needs to be copied to:
ducc_runtime/webserver/root/lib/webstart/jconsole-wrapper-signed.jar
