There appears to be a problem when a component is removed from the source code.
It appears not to be removed from the report file during the next build in all
cases, so that the build may continually fail until
uimafit-missing-meta-data-report.txt is removed manually.
Pushing this bug to 2.1.0uimaFIT, since it doesn't appear to happen a lot and
is reasonably easy to work around. Needs more work to track down and fix (if
it's really a bug in the plugin and not just an m2e glitch).
