Resolution: Fixed
Rather than do a big thing, I just removed the CAS and CASImpl additions for
compression, and added them (with aligned names) to the Serialization class,
which has all the static methods for doing Serialization. I also added Javadoc
comments to many of the existing APIs to say what they're all about.
