The problem is this is recorded as a clean, normal end of job with no error
indication internally. The ending state and completion reported by OR is this:
state[ Completed ] completion[ EndOfJob ].
The completion should instead have some sort of error indicator, otherwise SM
doesn't know it's an error exit.
