It looks like JConsole.java class is only needed for compilation. Its sole
reason for being is to be able to compile JConsoleWrapper.java which needs it.
-Modify JConsoleWrapper.java to use java reflection to call java's JConsole
class at runtime.
-Remove JConsole.java from the webserver project
