I met with Marshall during the ApacheCon NA 2015 in Austin, TX, and Marshall
suggested that I submit the feature enhancements in small patches. So here is
the first patch. It needs to applied to the uimaj-tools project. It contains
mostly cosmetic changes such as moving the code around. So it should have
impact to the functionality. Can someone please help me review the changes and
commit them? Let me know if you have any concerns/suggestions. Thanks.
