The Eclipse plugins won't install into Eclipse Kepler (4.3.2) (get cannot
complete operation); they install and seem to work fine in Luna (4.4.2).
The Docbook needs updating, it currently says:
Do the installation of the UIMA Ruta Workbench as follows: Download,
install and start Eclipse 3.7., 3.8 or 4.2. Eclipse 3.7 can, for example, can be
obtained from the eclipse.org

Is this related to your email to the dev list on January 17, 2015? or does this
version need to say the minimum Eclipse level is 4.4.2 or ??
