It's now rather caused by the functionality that processes only modified files.
For mtwl it was: mvn build creates the aggregated file, then the initiated m2e
build finds no modified files since the last build and overrides the aggregated
file with empty content...
That needs to be changed/improved.
The parameter names should probably also be changed order that all goal can be
executed in the same execution of the plugin.
