I would assume that if it was easy to patch in GA into DUCC, then patching in
an additional privacy link shouldn't be much harder. Mind that EU has these
cookie laws in place that as far as I understand require the ability to opt out
from tracking tools or even to require consent before using them (cf. e.g.
https://www.cookielaw.org/google-analytics-eu-cookie-law/).
