I searched for EU cookie laws and found mixed results. But I am now convinced
that it is better to have the privacy policy link on the demo pages than not,
and have gone ahead and added same.
The actual DUCC demo modification for this as well as the GA insert can be
found on the apache demo VM here (for those authorized to login):
/home/degenaro/ducc/GA and can otherwise be seen by viewing the demo page
sources.
