Revert back to UIMA-AS ver.2.6.0. Current ducc is broken due to the new UIMA-AS
2.8.1 SNAPSHOT which includes AMQ 5.13.1. This version of AMQ requires white
listing of packages in ObjectMessages. Getting the following:

of JMS message listener failed. Caused by:
[org.apache.camel.RuntimeCamelException - Failed to extract body due to:
javax.jms.JMSException: Failed to build body from content. Serializable class
not available to broker. Reason: java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: Forbidden
class org.apache.uima.ducc.transport.event.NodeMetricsUpdateDuccEvent!
