Fix For: future-DUCC
DUCC environment variables should adhere to the following rules:
1. prefix is DUCC_
2. all upper case
3. those that do not follow this convention will be deprecated
4. consider the following list compiled by Burn:
USER=burn
HOME=/home/burn
LANG=en_US.UTF-8
LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/yet/a/nother/dumb/path
IP=192.168.3.6
JobId=294768
DUCC_PROCESS_LOG_PREFIX=/home/burn/ducc/logs/294768/294768-UIMA-host.domain.net
ProcessDuccIdFriendly=33
NodeName=host.domain.net
