Justification: it is useful to be able to grab with a mouse the name of the log
file being displayed by the file pager then go to a window on the OS and employ
vi with the entire string or cd with part of it. This could be done using the
file pager URL in the past, but the URL now conforms to using encoding for
special characters, such as /.
