Description: Eliminate dual documentation comprising ducc.properties itself
and the DUCC Book version thereof. (was: It would be helpful to know if a
change to ducc.properties is effective dynamically or when part or all of DUCC
is re-booted. As such, annotating the individual fields would help the
administrator to know what needs to be done for ducc.properties edits to
recognized.)
