In general and for sake of symmetry, sure. But we could incrementally add those
as needed to speed up wrapping up for 2.9.0?
Other question: if you (still) consider to have TS and TSI variations, then we
should probably also have two flags in the header, one indicating the including
of a TS and the other the inclusion of a I?
