Most (but not all) of the instances where the frameworks sets the
UimaContextHolder are in try - finally blocks (the finally "clears" the context
setting). Should this be consistent? One I found where there's no "finally"
is in PrimitiveAnalysisEngine at the initialize and destroy call; I've also
seen others...
