Re: the toString method needs improvement/fixes.

Yes, I agree.  I in fact broke something that used to work; it's not handling
the circular references quite right.

I worked on this once before, IIRC, when some earlier tests of UV3 ran into a
similar issue where the test was depending on the format.  Somewhere along the
line of subsequent development, this got forgotten, and messed up.

Working on it...
