Resolution: Fixed
Implemented the following changes:
* Destroy resource manager in JCasIterator
* Use resource manager from reader in SimplePipeline to create CAS instead of
creating a new one
* Re-use resource manager from component in ConfigurationParameterInitializer
if possible
