Actually, the profiles *are* already in the parent pom... so I'm updating them
where necessary. This includes the "enforce-compatibility" profile.
* Findbugs is no longer maintained - removing this profile
* Adding spotbugs profile as a replacement for findbugs
* Updating PMD plugin version
* Removing cobertura profile since cobertura is no longer maintained (or at
least there was no release for years)
* Adding jacoco profile as a replacement for cobertura
* Updating japicmp-maven-plugin version
