[CANCEL] [VOTE] Release UIMA uimaFIT 3.1.0 RC1

Considering that I have meanwhile fixed the issues found/commented on by 
Marshall on the v2.5.0-RC1 regarding builds on recent JDKs (which also apply to 
this RC), let's cancel this one and do a new RC with the fixes in.
