**Describe the bug**
Cannot install Ruta 3.3.0 workbench against UIMA 3.4.0 Eclipse plugins.
**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Install the UIMA 3.4.0 Eclipse plugins
2. Try installing the Ruta 3.3.0 RC 1 plugins.
3. See error
**Expected behavior**
Should work.
