The current tracker file lacks type definitions, which makes it harder for
developers to use the tracker efficiently and easily.
h2. Objective:
Add explicit type definitions to the objects, functions, and parameters exposed
by the tracker.
Improve developer experience by enabling better IDE support (autocomplete, type
hints, inline documentation).
Reduce the risk of misuse or errors when integrating and using the tracker.
