* Add {{CODING_GUIDELINES.md}}
* Add {{INMEMORY_PERSISTENCE_REQUIREMENTS.md}}
* Evaluate {{UNOMI_MAPPING_VALIDATION_REPORT.md}} for accuracy before adding
* Out of scope: {{.cursor/rules/*}} (unless PMC wants IDE rules in repo)
Acceptance criteria
* Docs reflect current {{master}} harness (#772, #776), not obsolete 3-dev
patterns
* No secrets or environment-specific paths
