* Add {{rest/unomi-postman-collection.json}}
* Add {{rest/postman-readme.md}}
Acceptance criteria
* Collection covers main 3.x REST endpoints (context, events, CRUD definitions)
* README documents import steps and auth basics
* Docs-only change; no runtime behaviour change
