Romain,
We are trying to run multiple Unomi instances with one ElasticSearch cluster
and multiple indexes.
It is too early to tell if there are any issues with this approach.

I am excited to hear that this has been discussed and there has been some
thought put into the implementation. I will let you know if we have any
insight to provide as we go forward.
