Appreciate it Rod. I would like to contribute the latest version (0.21) which includes functionality to reasonably get going with the SDK and iteratively build the rest.
I have a logged an issue in JIRA to track this work, but it's not been assigned to a release - can you advise which branch I should issue a pull request for this?
