We want to see if we can leverage the following tool as a job scheduler or our
existing jobs. https://github.com/airbnb/chronos
This would give us the fault tolerant behavior without having to worry about
the configuration issues that came from using akka. We should do a deep dive on
the code base and setup an instance to do a demo for the team.
