Currently, you have to edit a series of XML files, comment out the persistence
mechanism you do not want, and un-comment the one that you do. This has to be
done before you create a build or run tests.
Instead, we should introduce a single property "usergrid.persistence" that can
be set to either EM for the old Hector-based Entity Manager or CP for the new
Core Persistence based manager.
