Josh, I actually gave that presentation about 2 weeks ago! Funny that it showed up.
I wouldn't think CAS support would pose that big of a problem, it should be 'easy enough' to integrate phpCAS into the authentication flow... The Shibboleth integration works great for us, but considering I have all the different pieces at my disposal, I would be happy to look into it. Just don't put a timeframe on it!
