+1 from me. Ran "ant test" with JDK 1.5/WinXP. Regarding Henning's point on rat. Seems pretty trivial to me. Missing license info on a test file. Not visible to the end user, nor even to the casual source browser. In v 1.3 and 1.4 we had a number of missing license headers.
