There isn't any 2.5 version released on [Maven
Central|https://central.sonatype.com/namespace/org.apache.velocity], has it not
been officially released? Also, I suggest supporting Spring Boot 4 at the same
time. Following the Spring/Spring Boot naming conventions, we could name them:
velocity-spring, velocity-spring-boot-starter.
