Could you check if there's a StringUtils class in your commons-lang-2.5.jar?
You should be able to see it using
jar tf
/home/efi/.m2/repository/commons-lang/commons-lang/2.5/commons-lang-2.5.jar
org/apache/commons/lang/StringUtils.class
