http://commons.apache.org/proper/commons-lang/apidocs/org/apache/commons/lang3/StringUtils.html,
the StringUtils class is part of commons-lang since version 1.0. But then, the
archive might be corrupt (in which case I'd expect to see a different error
message, though.)
